    Most overused bodybuilding phrase?

What's the most overused phrase in bodybuilding?

I can think of a few straight off and they're going in the poll.

    1) "Lights out!"
    2) "It's all you!"
    3) "The Business of Bodybuilding"
    4) "Package" in combination with another word. Examples: best package, complete package, total package, etc.

"No pain, no gain" has to take the win followed by a close second to "feel the burn"

Haha, I thought of two of yours before opening the thread, especially "its all you"!

    How about:
    "Feel the burn!"
    "0 carb!"
    "Get Ripped!"
