    Motivation for old timers

    Here's a little motivation for all you older bodybuilders. I sure hope I look this good when I turn 56.

    Nowadays, with access to info on the web about diet and training, with supplements and all other stuff, looks like 40 is the new 20! At this age someone is mature enough to make the sacrifices to get in good shape and health.Always good to see that kind of inspiration, one of my favorite was Jack Lalanne,he could do 80 chinups as an oldtimer(think he was 70+),i can barely get 10 good one of these!
    The more harder and difficult is the road that lead to success,the greater is the gift and reward at the end of that path...
