Another knee jerk reaction. Why is Congress involved in sports anyway? They spent more time on steroids in baseball than they did on insignificant things like....oh, I don't know...balancing the budget? Just my 2 cents. Thanks for the rant.

Yeah its called pleading the 5th. Roger should of done this when he went before congress. It might of look bad but there nothing congress could of done to him other than give him hell.

Exactly Scorpion. That's what McGwire did and the whole issue relating to him just faded away even after he later admitted to using. Maybe the Rocket should've hired McGwire's attorney.
You can thank Nixon for all of this hysteria when he signed the Controlled Substance Act in 1970 which created the DEA & gave it the power to classify drugs (and now supplements), allowing it to enforce laws however it wishes with no consequences.
