I used to be 141 lbs then put on 30lb in 3 months thanks to the helpful forum members.Now trying to maintain 190lbs but lower bodyfat.




GOD DAMMIT! i want a real body building coach. no matter how much you can read here and other places its nice just to have that vast base of knowledge there. not these bull shit pudgy trainers at the gym that took a class online and think they know it all
