    i read a few years ago that 3000mg of vitamin c a day blocked cortisol. i don't recall the reference article, but i think that it was posted in an interview with schwarzenegger. i took vitamin c religously that year. ..i dont think that it worked though, cause i was a stressed out bloted mother fucker.

    I've read several scholarly articles arguing that vit c inhibits cortisol as well. Toss FO in, potent natty stack with a host of benefits.
