    When they say Vitamin E, are they just referring to the alpha tocopherol?

    Is there a link to the research they're commenting on?

    Both doctors say you can have a much greater impact on reducing your stroke risk by controlling your blood pressure, avoiding smoking, controlling your weight, and engaging in regular, moderate exercise.
