    I wish I could get 8 hours a day. My normal sleep time is about 5 hours. Do make up for it alittle in the afternoons with 60 minute naps

    I usually love to sleep and I'm always tired but this cycle is great for no sleep actually. I've been running 2.5IU of HGH for about 2 months so far and tren-e 200mg a week and I actually feel great on 5hrs or less. I CANT sleep pass 8hrs for shit. Like today I'll probabbly be up for around 24-26hrs(jus today) and I'm not really tired. I could sleep but I still feel good. Hope this helps, peace

    Sleep experts say it is very rare the individual who can operate optimally on less than ~8hrs sleep.

    I sleep for around 7-8 hours every night. I have a tempurpedic and I still want to hit the snooze button and go back to sleep. I can never spring out of bed and just get to it. I think it's just me though.

    Eight hours is a must these days. Got away with less when I was younger, but no more. I take Trazodone because of insomnia issues. Works well for me.

    Depends person to person but I think it depends more on activity levels. After I lift a large muscle group (squats, deads) I am dead tired. Feels like I NEED more sleep when recovering from big lifts.

    TRT dose 200mg= 10 hrs + nap.

    1000mg= 8 hrs no nap.

    Its recovery related for me....I train hard....so I need to rest.
