    Will she even get that? If the company goes under she probably won't get anything?

    I'm kind of on the fence on this one. She was using the machine incorrectly to stretch, how is that Cybex's fault? Not to mention it had been there for 25 years. The machine was older than she was. Granted the footprint should have been designed so that it couldn't have been pulled over but then you'd have someone tripping over it and suing for that.

    Very tragic thing... But man I just don't see how Cybex could possibly be responsible for misuse of a piece of exercise equipment. I mean you probably shouldn't use the leg extension machine for scuba diving as it might cause you to drown.
