    Interesting concept! I'd be interested to see an outline of exercises that meet this - the only thing I can think of is just focusing all your regular stuff on the negative instead of just regular reps - e.g. a 4-6TUT. Thinking of things like negative release on leg extensions, leg curl, pull-ups w/ hold & slow descent, etc.
