Hi guys, im new to this i joined up because i read that alot of people want help getting big, and a bit from everyone can give a lot of advice, so here it goes.
i started lifting weights about 2-3 months ago, i started on 68kg im currently at 76kg and ive stopped gaining weight, i have a fast metabolism i find it hard to eat 4k cals a day, im currently drinking 2 whey shakes a day, and other than that maybe a couple of eggs to top off my protein intake, is it true i should be having 1g protein per pound body weight?
im really having trouble gaining weight at this point, and the biggest concern for me is one of my pecs is larger than the other, and im ashamed to take off my shirt , i heard from alot of people when that happens you move from bar to dumb bell presses etc?
can anyone give me some light onto any of the problems im having.
thanks
