    I am do glad they shot that first video. Now the nagging question of How does Jay Cutler walk into the gym is answered!!!! That was almost 3 minutes of my life wasted.

    At what point did he "KILL" chest? Looked like a light day to me but only my $.02. He is a massive 300 lb beast. I give him all the credit in the world to carry that much weight and year after year still present a great presence in stage.

    I agree those were some of the worst training videos I have seen. Not because Jay wasn't up to par but because the person who shot the videos left out the best parts

    did jay state in one of the bfto, he was a weak bodybuilder but didnt care cause he was top 2 in the world (ronnie at the time)....iv seen his back workout and its weak

    Again to the point of it really doesn't say that the 100lb dumbbells are even a warm up. The whole vid shows him lifting light weight and with no explanation of what he is doing or where he is at in his workout. This really is one of the worst vids I have seen of Cutler.
