    Bump... I'd like to see some more discussion about colostrum, most of the threads on here about it are old and contain more questions that answers

    I've tried some "quality" colostrum around a year ago gave it a go for about 3 months in combination with other supps the problem was I was taking intramax all in one vitamin/supp at the same time but recovery seemed quicker and I've not caught most of the major bugs that have gone around since then either, and if I do just a little bit. Just haven't been sure of which to attribute it too but have been leaning towards the intramax

    I took the colostrum both by itself and would add it to my protein drinks, as far as the digestion info I do recall post workout drinks feeling better in my stomach when colostrum was in them.
