    Does anyone have any vegan friends who are built? I'm genuinely curious, since all my vegan friends are lightly built at best.

    i didnt click on the link to read the rest of the article but i've read that high soy diets can produce increased amounts of estrogen in the body. so that statement isn't the same as the article but to the point large amounts of soy either way suck balls.

    check google results. quite a few articles link high soy to increased estrogen.
