I'm posting this at the request of National Geographic - please see below:
National Geographic Channel is researching neurological conditions for a one-hour documentary program.
I am hoping to hear from anyone (of any age) living with muscle dysmorphia that might be willing to share their story with our audience.
Our documentary will explore the nature of muscle dysmorphia; and what it is like to live with this condition day by day.
We are not a tabloid series, our aim is to educate and inform (never exploit). Each personal story will be presented alongside interviews with leading academics and specialists in their field. We hope to raise awareness and understanding for the conditions featured, and increase tolerance and acceptance for those affected.
Our offices are based in Sydney, Australia. If you are open to sharing your story with me, I would love to hear from you. I can be reached directly via email at dora_weekley@beyond.com.au or tvresearcher1@gmail.com
Alternatively via phone on (61) 2 9437 2075.
Please contact me if you would like more information or have any questions about the show.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best regards,
Dora
