    I train in the early morning these days, but in my experience optimal performance time for me is in the afternoon. I trained for years with a powerlifting team, and we trained in the afternoon most days.

    That is interesting. I thought I read somewhere that it most best in the mid morning. oh well, it ranges all day for me depending how im feeling.

    yeah i notice im better in afternoon compared to mornings.
    my muscle idols ? easy , ARNOLD , DORIAN YATES & BIG KAZ !!!
    fave workout musick ? easy , old ENTOMBED/GRAVE & death metallers EVIL INCARNATE .

    Late afternoon or evening for me....but my schedule is insane. I go whenever I can, timing isn't consistent.
