Unebelievable !!! What a great Mr. Olympia we have coming this year. Jay Cutler, Phil Heath, Branch Warren, Kai Greene, amongst others... I think that any one of the guys I listed could win it. Jay better be spot on. The competition continues to get closer and closer. I am from the Rochester, NY area. Kai and Phil are guest posing tomorrow night. Can't wait to see them!!!

Saw Kai Greene and Phil Heath guest pose at the Rochester Bodybuilding championships last night. Both guys looked absolutely awesome. It is funny when you watch the local competing bodybuilders, and then these guys come on stage. It is like night and day!! Kai looked a bit sharper as he is just coming off the NY Pro win. But Phil was right there with him. They got them both on stage at the same time which really surprised me!! Two of the best side by side. It was great!!!
I am sure that both of these guys are going to go into hiding very soon to prepare for the Olympia.
With these two guys, Branch and Jay... They are easily your top four finishers if they come in shape. I wish that I could be in Vegas in September for this one!!!
