Go figure that this shit would come a few weeks before the tour, when contaDOPER has to defend his title. He is coming into or already is on "FORM" and probably will be a force in the tour, yet they busted his ass last year?
His case keeps getting pushed back more and more. Even the pros are starting to verbalize the "WTF?" aspect of all this.
