New to the Forum

Hey everyone. I've been reading through the forum for a while and I finally decided to post.

I'm in my mid-20s, live in Vegas and have been out of lifting for a few years now so I'm a little out of touch with the top proteins and supplements.

Anyway, I'm about 155 now and am looking to get to 175 by the end of the year (naturally). What supplements do you guys recommend I use? I'm really motivated to get back at it. Thank you.
