its hard for me to get mitivated sometimes. The best motivation for me is when me and the old lady get into it lol i never workout harder. i recently busted up my ribs and have been waiting for them to heal and i no its gonna be a bitch to get motivated again sense ive been forced to be so lazy. thanks for the post ill check it out music is what keeps me sane lol
When me and the ole lady get in to it, I usually go to Hooters and have a beer until she cools off. I might try working out next time.
I used to do the same thing hit up the local sports bar have some wings with the buddys and relax one day my buddy told me to come to the gym and me and the ole lady got into and i said no well long story short he convinced me to go to the gyma dn ever sense then i workout everytime we get into a fight lmao besides by the time u get home your worn out and wont wanna fight anymore and then shes happy again lol
I sometimes use youtube vids...Lifting DC style always makes me ready as you only hit the weights 3 days per week so when I have my two days off I am usually very ready to hit the gym.
My weight is the driving force behind working out. Once I get outta shape I just don't like myself. I do enjoy listening to music while working out. My gym actually plays alot of rock and metal so I don't even have to bring an mp3.
I also use how I look to motivate me when at the gym. I cannot lift all covered up for some reason. I wear cut off t shirts and to see a good pump is very motivating in itself.
