why exactly does being fat/over weight make you have more have more estrogen or decrease test? I've heard that before over and over on this site but never asked why?

Fat cells can convert certain hormones into estrogen. Estrogen itself also increases fat levels. There's more to it than that but I'm getting off work and I'm sure someone will chime in.

Estrogen's not a terrible thing though. More estrogen = more HGH production.

why is this? not calling you a liar, just never heard that before and interested in it.
I know estrogen is for guys too needed but I forget why. Been awhile since I looked into all the hormone stuff.

and no one has still really explained the science behind why added fat levels increase estrogen/increase test to estro conversion.
