    So maybe i missed the conclusion, I read the article a couple of times, but I didn't get whether there was a big enough difference between the 15% and 25% to justify the 25% or if they both seemingly had the same effect compared to 10%.
    I could eat grilled chicken breast every single meal every day for the rest of my life if it was that simple! Chicken, veggies n' water and I'd be go to go??????
    pray for the best and prepare for the worst!

    Well, yes if you don't mind being hungry. Throw some fats in there and vary your protein sources then you will be good to go without being hungry.
