    is Caviar good for body builiding

    do you ever listen caviar or taste it

    I listened that caviar food are really useful not for health but also for bodybuilding.

    I've never heard that. But I have heard it's expensive.

    also, No ,, I have never tasted it. I was at a party/get together once and they did have it out on the table, but they also had jumbo shrimp. I knocked the bottom out of that pretty shrimp display they had, lol.
