Maybe he will actually place well now. Would be interesting to see how he plays into the mix with Jay and Heath.
Very true. I think getting away from all that inner peace/meditation approach he had with his former trainer will unleash the beast. His physique is top notch, I hope he does well in 2012.

GOT A QUESTION, DON'T HESITATE TO PM ME
He needs to come in a lot lighter! Working with Oscar really put him off his game. Kai's shredded-but lacks the streamline genetics..His physique doesn't flow with balanced lines--however he is a really nice guy and super polite to be around!!!
I saw Kai in a guest posing routine a while back. IMO, I think he needs to lose about 10-15 lbs. He has plenty of mass, just needs to tighten up. If he can do that, I think he could really give Phil Heath a decent run. Now that Victor Martinez has all his issues to deal with, Jay Cutler, Kai, & Branch Warren are the only guys I think that can even come close. However, it would take a minor miracle if Phil Heath continues to do what he is doing. He ran away with the last Olympia. No one even was close to him at all.
