does anybody know of any good web sites that list upcoming bodybuildings shows that are open for entry?? Particularly in the New York City area?

not sure what organization you want to compete in, personally I prefer the NPC, so the link that powerhousebabe gave you would be your best bet.

otherwise, check out the websites of other organizations.

if you have a local gym like a Gold's or World's they would have all upcoming contests as well.

I believe that gopro only competes in natural shows, but as a trainer I am sure he is aware of the local shows in NY. If you were in Colorado I could help you more.

Does anybody know of any natural contest on the west coast? I already know about this one www.naturalbodybuilding.com which has an all military show in Sept which I plan to compete in. I was just wondering if their might be more west coast shows out there.

i wouldnt recomend this kid compete in the npc anytime soon id say do a couple of local shows then go from there, my first npc show i got my pride handed to me lol not this year

screw it......I say jsut go for it. I am doing my first show this year and it is an NPC show too. I am not to concerend with how I place (especially considering the fact that I am all natural). I am doing it for fun and to try and beat myself, the way I look when I dieted down last year (even though I wasn't competing). The disipline is what I like about it.
