I say do all three:
1) You're already going to be in competition shape for the first one and if something is off then you can simply tweak it instead of bulking and dieting again. It means you will have to stay in shape longer and suffer, but... 2) More exposure...people will see you on stage at all three which means more media coverage and potential for photo shoots and other coverage, sponsorships, etc. 3) More experience...you will feel far more comfortable at Nationals having two shows under your belt already. Is this for fitness, figure or bb? |

Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.
The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do. |

These are for figure.
1)i just thought that maybe i would lose too much muscle dieting from Feb til Aug 2)yes more coverage is good...however there never is any coverage at Provincials or World Qualifier...never any audience either 3)I did Nationals last year and they were great...word has it that they are in London, ON this year ![]() |

well i have done many shows back to back and all you have to do is make minor adjustmets here and there and do inot get to drastic. Little changes can make the biggest difference. THis is where carb rotation and keeping caloires in ck will really come in to play. I would rather you get into contest shape and have your body adjust and as you go into the following shows your caloires couldeven be elevated slighly instead of starving your self. we will ahve to just make minor changes I would liek to see you come in on higher carbs and be fuller and drier then last year which is my main goal for you and not for you to go brain dead

EDIT: You need to place a link on your website to IronMagazine.com if you want to put a link in your sig.
