    Water

Can someone give me the low-down on how to handle water intake leading into a show? I'm two weeks out right now. When do I start depleting? How? How much, how many days out?

    Thanks-

I am. At least, going to try. I'm just hoping I'll even be in competition shape now. Two weeks out, still have some fat on the lower abs I can't seem to shake.

Just wanting to get a little more specific feedback on these methods, is all.
