    Foods

I was advised to pick up different foods for contest. I was told to get either Graham crackers or Oatmeal to eat the morning of the contest to suck the remaining water out of my skin. Does that sound right--morning of? How far before I step onstage?

And then I read to pick up lightly salted rice cakes and jam. When am I supposed to eat these?

Any other advice on foods to eat day before/day of is appreciated.

I wouldn't eat oats or grahm the morning before. It will sit in oyur stomach and bloat you up because of the fiber.

You aren't drinking water than day anyway so no matter what you eat is going to be really hard to choke down.

I wake up and eat 2-4 pieces of white bread with strawberry jam on them.
