well, after my first comp. last weekend, ive decided to do another one in 11 days. its kinda crazy cause it took so much out of me dieting for the last one, but its all worth it. i feel so out of shape now though, its hard to get back into it. i have only 7 days of training and it feels like i need a lot more. im not sure if i should be doing anything different this time, diet-wise, so im doing the same thing and hopefully ill have the same results. back to eggwhites, tuna, and chix!
Good stuff! I ate like crazy the night of my first comp and the day after, then I started dieting again that Monday for a show that was only five more days away. I actually came in drier, harder and fuller for the second show. Gotta love it!

cool- howd you do in that second one? my problem is the intensity in the gym, i get all phsyched up to go and about 15 min. into it im ready to leave! ah well, we'll see what happens, this next one is going to be alot bigger and better
