just think if we deleted the two word only thread, the post whore thread, etc., then their post counts would drop to about half!

No there ALSO?!
Well the meriland musclesucker (or something) will never be the same again.
Well there is one good thing about this race.
Like in every show he has ever lost he said he should have won, but because he came in 15 min.() after the winner he can't say that.

Eat lots of saturated fat for energy 1 week before the show and then 2 days before eat nothing and only drink water.
The water will lfush out all the fat and you will be really cut

You need to do tons and tons of research, or hire someone that knows what they're doing.

You have no plans to compete, and I dont see why you are asking us. If you do, post some pictures so you can get some feedback.

I hope you made a mistake here!
Eat nothing for two days so he will come in nice and flat
And then a lot of water to finich it of so his definition is gone

If you slow down your food intake(decrease the carbs and increase the protein) until two days before the show,
you can boost it nice, just increase the carbs a little the first day and the day of the contest you carb up fully, and yeah this is up to you but it would be good to decrease your water intake the last week and no water at all the last day/day 1/2. you can modify this as you are getting closer to the show.
maybe you need something extra or your to depleted, too far from the show, then increase the carbs a little. and always keep your protein high, do it with good clean food like chicken or turkey, fish is also very good

Oh and very important, make sure that u use enough vitamins and minerals to keep yourself healthy.
