This is Flex in 2005, he can never do a cycle again, so this is clean?
I do think that if you have been doing all sorts of stuff(he admitted to using dianabol and deca for over 20 years without stopping)for so long and then look like this at 41-42 years old, I think that's pretty nice |

So when this natural contest of mine os over next year sometime could i go on dbol for years and years?
Maybe if i only done 20mg dbol a day it would be enough for strength gain and wouldn't shut me down? |

HAHHAHA you could do a lot more then that man, first of you should not use dianabol at all! it is a bad anabolic, it will make you hold a lot of water.
And second your first cycle is always the biggest because you will gain the most on this one.( like 30-35 pounds, 20-25 after all the water is gone) you might want to wait a little longer with this because you are to young to do it. And if your gonna do it make sure you know about it, like it's all about testosterone, if you were to take 1gr of test a week that would be a good start. and add some Deca and you'll do fine but not great, to do great you will have to learn about it first, so read up and make sure that you can understand it all. Oh and it will not shut you down, if you stay under 1.5grs of test a week your in the sefe zone. |

Well I just met Flex at the Europa Pro here in Dallas on Saturday. Shawn Cry, I mean Ray was there too. Flex is bigger than Shawn and even though he may not be pro anymore, he can definately still hold his own. The guy is big.

Try learning about eating, you weigh 132 pounds according to your signature. AAS @ 132 pounds...
By the way the advice he suggested... please try it and tell me how 1 gram of test a week goes for you pal. |

That's flex "natural". On HRT.
You think after 20 continuous years of AAS use that his body produces any appreciable amount of testosterone on it's own? Doubtful. |

Keep in mind it is claimed Flex has a myostatin mutation, has small bone structure, and is still only about 225 pounds (looking good though).

Deca is not used for HRT at all, its used for sexual predators prescribed chemical castration.
