Lionheart Christmas Fitness Extravaganza
Just want to know if any of you have heard about the event in Indianapolis on December 18th being put on by Ron "Lionheart" Palmer.
I heard that is going to be a good charitable event
There's going to be Powerlifting, Strongman and Fitness all contestants are bringing a children's toy and the toys go to needy Hoosier children for Christmas. .
If anyone needs more info let me know

just think if we deleted the two word only thread, the post whore thread, etc., then their post counts would drop to about half!
