I think some of you might remember Mike 'the iron warrior' Christian.
It's a nice clip that starts of a little weird but ends in a nice posing routine.

I use Iview, you're right, it's an avi file so u can't use WMediaPlayer or Quicktime, so almost anything else will do the trick, or you can upgrade your mediaplayer or something, I've stoped using that bitch a long time ago.
