    What is Arnold curling here

    Anyone have any info....I have this poster plotted out 42"h x 96" long...I scanned it from a magazine and cleaned it up and it is always a good conversation builder in our gym at work.....

    maybe 160? 170? Those look like those old school little plates (like a weider home gym set), the big one maybe being 25lbs and the others being 10lb plates. But, who knows?

    I believe I read in one of his books that in exhibitions he could curl 275lbs a few times. They would be cheats but hell thats alot of weight.
