I competed on May 27th in the South Central Ontario Champs. Despite my trainer and I thinking that I'd have no trouble placing in the top 3, I didn't place. Please look at the pics and see if you agree with the judges.
I'm # 69 in the wine suit.

If you don't risk anything, you risk even more!
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

Your upperbody looks as or more cut than any other person on stage. Looks like your legs are a bit smooth, and you might need a bit more upper bady muscle mass IMO....but you look great.

there 21 pics on that page....some of them you can't even see the ID number
Could you be more specific please.
My legs are not as cut as my upper body, i do realize that...and i'm working on it. The size is there, gotta get the cut.Originally Posted by ForemanRules

OK I found two of them....back double bi and side chest shot, right?
From the waiste up on your back double bi....your condition is awsome!!!...you legs look soft (hams and glutes)....not much softer than your competition though(except for this woman http://www.northernphysique.com/phot...5a46f0c393de5).
From a judging perspective your glutes have too much body fat and/or water. Your glutes look a little round. On a personal note I give your butt an 11 out of 10but thats not what the judges look for
. The top two were in better condition IMO....but you beat the blonde on left in the trophy pose.
I assume she got third.
You are looked a little smaller than the competition but it is a lightweight class....From what I saw you looked like third place, but I wasn't there.
you are also very good looking![]()
Thanks for the comments. And I agree re: the top 2. But I thought I at least deserved 3rd.Originally Posted by lnvanry
And yes, I gotta work on the lower half. I have the size, I need the cut. I've only been training for 2 years![]()

I need better pics to make any judgment, also without being there live and seeing everyone from their perspective it is always tuff to say.
you do look very good in the above pic, except way too much oil.
YOU'RE FRIGGIN CUT ROBIN!!! You look unbelievable!Definitely you derserve 1st! What was your bf %? wt?
p.s. are you going to fame?

Well that's very flattering, but I don't think I should've gotten first. I just got more pics back that show my legs better than the ones on that website. My quads are tight, but my hams need to tighten up.Originally Posted by jaim91

I may go to see to the FAME expo next Saturday, but I'm not competing in it. I'm going to compete in the Ontario Naturals on June 24th. This last show wasn't tested, so some had an "advantage". As for myself, I'm natural, so I'm going to go the tested route and see how I do.
Funny thing is, my legs look better now than when I competed on May 27th. Guess that week off the diet did me some good.

How tall are you? What was your bf? You looked to be no more than 7 - 9, am I right? Wow..congrats on the 27th though. How are you feeling doing all these contest after taking time off? Is it taxing?

I am 5'4" I think my bf was around 9%.Originally Posted by jaim91

Its not too taxing. A bit hard on the head, but I love to train and competing just gives me a goal.

Girl you got ripped!!!![]()
Your vascularity is awesome. Your width compared to others is not bad but you could work on your lats a bit more.
I think they got ya for your glutes and hammies.
But If I were the judge, top 3 definite, as I believe others looked out of shape.
Keep going strong and I'm sure next comp you'll flip'em.

Life is too short, So train Fast and Hard
deserved 3rd forsure u look heaps better than the chick that came 3rd nice work
after going over them again im gonna say second without a doubt
Thanks for all of the feedback. I was feeling a bit discouraged. I think politics was playing a factor in the judging of this show....
Oh well, all I can do is keep training and come back for another round.

You look great! Keep up the hard work...

Its too late now, but experienced competitors, especially those who think they should have placed higher than they thought, always ask the judges after the contest what his/her weaknesses are. This will give you an honest assessment of what you need to do. For all we know, something as simple as having too much oil or not the right color, not your physique, could have led to the other girl placing top 3 and you sitting on the outside looking in.
If its possible, find someone in your area, possibly a judge, to look at you right now, plus your contest pictures and get some honest, reliable feedback.
Can you honestly trust the opinion of your trainer, or even all of us, who are not qualified to judge a contest, to give you accurate feedback?
There are plenty of competitors who have "yes men" ( and "yes women") around them who tell them all the time they look great, but on stage, they fail to place time and time again.
politics is part of the game....get used to it.Originally Posted by Robin Hood

So I'm 2 days out from my next comp. I'm hoping to place much better. I look better than the last time. Thanks for all of the support and I will let you all know how it goes on Saturday.

Hey! How did you go at the show? Did you compete on the 9th of June as well, because there are pictures that look like you.
