One Step Closer?

I would like to buy this video, but it's kind of expensive. I own ripped to shreds, and was kind of disappoointed because Jay doesn't do a lot of talking or explaining; he just grunts a lot, and every once in a while says why he does a certain exercise.

Has anyone seen One Step Closer? Is it worth buying if I didn't really like Ripped to shreds?

Jay sent it to me as a gift. It's awesome. He does quite a bit more talking; I liked it much more than Ripped to Shreds.
