it is funny that back in ahnold 's day that symmetry was so important and now it looks like its mainly about size . I think they said they used to go by the biceps and calfs should be the same size .

I watched the cost of redemption the other night and I felt sorry for em. I mean he is top dog and making more money then I will but he eat every meal alone, and was kinda creepy eating at black eyed pea twice a day.
