plays fine for me too...the way he just jerks the weight up has to be dangerous...when he was doing squats it seemed he was bouncing at the top and bottom..no pauses..and the leg curls..geez..should have been called swinging leg curls or sumthing...still 4 45's on each side squatting is crazy

Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

yeah, I was wondering if it's hard for him to maintain really good form on squats being that big?

regardless, his legs are fucking huge!

He doesn't use that much weight....

405 x 9 on squats. I'm close to getting that once...

I'm sure other people on IM can get it 10 times.

I have Jay's DVD and he does high volume, never very high on weight, which may explain why he is never injured.

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to explode on the concentric part of the lift.

Forget his awards. It's the fact that he has achieved that physique without any serious (that I know of) injury.

I wouldn't be able to walk after that leg workout. What was that last exercise he was doing? For his hams?

Why? If the form is bad then it is bad. It doesn't matter who he is. The problem with shit like this and those stupid BBing magazines is people see this and think that the form is okay or the way things should be done. People deserve the truth. His back rounds when he squats. Who cares if he is the best bodybuilder in the word? The form still sucks.

Just goes to show that being the best and having good form don't go hand in hand.

I guess you have to look at the deffinition of form. We talk about form for psyiological/structure reasons. If the goal of form is to be a sucessful bb'er.... Jay has kickass form
