Question Kevin Levrone - Maryland Muscle Machine M3 (DVD)

    anybody seen this?
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.

got it today in the mail after ordering it from mesomorphosis..will say this about kevin: he's one strong muthafucka. dvd could have done without his annoying band playing in the background..really started to get on my nerves since they aren't that good. He says he's "old school" and doesn't like training with machines..but the whole time he trains only with them. But, I will give him that because he was only a couple weeks out of the Mr.Olympia and i am sure he didn't want to hurt himself doing heavy free movements..but still. I like how he showed his friends who cook all the meals for him. he doesn't keep any food in his house at all. something like 10 pounds of flounder/beef/chicken a week he ate. The gym he trains at, a World's, is owned by him and his friend who cooks all the meals. He trains at some odd hours, that's for sure. At the end, he shows us his personal side. We see his house, all the awards he's accumulated over the years, etc..I haven't seen Fullblown, so I can't comment on that video...But I would have loved to see him put on a vid lifting heavy weights and nothing else..like in the off-season,,he benched around 500 pounds in this vid which was very impressive; and of course his infamous 100lb db curls "in yo face." not a bad buy..but I really wouldn't recommend it

I think he trains at that time so he can only focus on his workouts and not get distracted by fans.
