I was referring to the pulldowns and cable rows. He was doing weight that I do and he was using straps to boot... just odd..

I was assuming injury because all other vids I've seen of him, he's been using ridiculously heavy weights.

Maybe for him, I only do 150lb, though I'm just getting back and all. I don't see a lot of guys get much past 175lb really. Not like I monitor the damn thing though.
