just think if we deleted the two word only thread, the post whore thread, etc., then their post counts would drop to about half!

Since when are nationals a secret? they are in Vegas in July (USA's) and I will be there.
Me? I had 2 surgeries in my left shoulder 6 months apart. RC repair, shoulder decompression (x2) bone spur removal and complete SLAP repair. That was about 5 months ago. I have no shows targeted at this time.
Since The Unit is doing them.
That's not so proper, how much time are you gonna take off?

I competed in a small one about 6 years ago. I was bored by it though.
Well I placed 4th out of 22. Didnt like all the preperation it took to compete.

I've competed several times, last was April 2004. I doubt if I will ever compete again as I herniated my S1/L5 disc about 1.5 years ago and I can no longer train the way I used to, in fact my leg and back work-outs are minimal, no squats, deads or even leg presses.
Its not like I lack dedication and passion. Its more like I dont care to go through it again. I was pretty much bored by it.
I am an athlete and I train for my athletic lifestyle. I do more power work than bodybuilders would think of. So it really didnt fit my lifestyle.
I don't compete in bodybuilding, I am a boxer
I competed in a few small local shows to get practice and now i'm looking to try some bigger shows to see where I stand with some of the big boys. I've placed 3rd four times in my class, 4th once, and Won my class once.
Been in the lab refurbishing. Foundation is finished and building upwards.
