This is a popular thread on another forum i frequent and I thought i'd get the concensus of you ironmag folks ..what do you think? Are you keen on the bodybuilders of yore? Or, the steroid infused giants we have today!

Old, gotta appreciate the guys that do it without any chemical advantage, just good ol hard work and lots of food. I can relate to that alot more, because I will never use a needle to get bigger

it seems like everyone is under the impression that the guys from the "old school" didn't use steroids? do you guys live under rocks? look at a modern natural bodybuilder vs. one of these old school guys like sergio olivia and try to convince me they didnt use steroids.

The difference between today's bb'er and the bb'ers of yore is that the compounds used, dosages, diets, training philosophies, and etc. have evolved over time and are now much more effective in building massive muscles never seen before.
