Like many people I think these two bodybuilders owned some of the best physiques in bodybuilding history. Does anybody knows how they trained?

Good question, it may depend on where you get your source from.
Stay away from what most magazines tell you, they are written mostly by ghost writers or in Joe Wieders case they write what benefits them.
