I hear ya, but I would guess that his knee was already very stressed and that was just the last straw.

pulling or tearing a muscle has to be one of the worst pains

i pulled something doing ATG squats the other day

i tore everything in my right shoulder a few years ago and it hurt like hell i wanted to die it hurt so bad

Aw man, poor guy. That is a tough injury to bounce back from. His knee will never be 100% of what it was.

That leg doesn't look like his...it doesn't look that large or lean. Wasn't he dieting down? I would have expected him to be more lean.
