what a ghetto fuck...heaven forbid a gym owner put up a photo of Ronnie to bring in business...if anything that brings people to the sport and if they like what they see it would make Ronnie a new fan.
Ronnie Coleman, who has been crowned Mr. Olympia (do they crown them??) eight times, is suing Gold's Gym for allegedly using his muscles to lure in members.
In a lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Coleman claims Gold's used a photo of him to advertise Gold's ... a photo that was plastered on posters.
Coleman is suing for misappropriation of image, invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment. He's seeking unspecified damages and an injunction putting the kibosh on the poster.
He is right/
They should have asked and paid him for his image.

Really? I am pretty sure the gym owner paid for the poster. So what if he put it up in his GYM for decoration. Obviously it would draw attention. For Ronnie to make a fuss about that he is a low life loser in my book. The owner of the poster shouldn't have to hang it in privacy with fear the person on it will sue him. The man owns a gym....wouldn't most gym owners that are fans of body building want to have pictures on the walls of body builders if not to draw in people, but to decorate the place with relavent material.

Hmm.. Something makes me feel like it was used in an advertisment, or in a manner that could be mistaken for one (next to under or on top of a gold's poster) but who knows.. if that is the case, the guy is screwed.. if it was just on the wall, then its a more legal pointless argument
