I just watched a vid of Jay on bb.com a few days back and he looked great.. he is definitely training using strict form and it has paid off... if anything his body was so used to training one way for so long that it is good to change things up. I then watched the Dexter Jackson video and he looks, with all due respect, very small in comparison, especially when Bob was just sitting down interviewing him. It is no doubt that Jay is the bigger competitor, but even considering conditioning, etc. it looked like Jays show when being compared to Dex.... I just wish I could see a recent vid of Dennis Wolf right now and see if he has made any improvements. It is going to be a great show!
