e-max lmg, metacort, e-form, free ATD

I have 2 bottles of e-max lmg from Alri. 1 4oz bottle of Dermabolics Metacort, and 1 4oz bottle of E-form. All 4 are unopened. I also purchased 10 grams of ATD from bulknutrition.com and mixed it up into 500ml of olive oil, creating a 20mg/ml suspension. I've used approx. 100ml of the suspension. If the e-max, metacort, and e-form are purchased together, I will throw in the ATD for free. All 4 bottles for $90 + $5 for shipping and you get approx. 900ml of 20mg/ml ATD suspension FREE.
