    My pleasant experience with CEM

    Hey guys,

    I saw that CEM is a board sponsor here so I found it appropriate to join and let everyone know of my experience with CEM I had recently. Allow me to start off by saying, I have done business with them once or twice before iirc, and know others personally who have and have never had any problems. I placed an order sometime early last week and after waiting a couple of days, I realized I never received any kind of email confirming my order, or an email with a tracking number/order number. So I went ahead and sent them an email, asking what the deal was. They responded telling me that they received two duplicate orders and asked me what they should do on their end. So i responded and said to please only sent one of those orders and take the other order off. Well they responded and said that they had already shipped it out, and just to send it back. I don't really blame them for this. It's just a miscommunication somewhere along the lines, and it happens. But here's where I got pretty annoyed; When I received one of the two orders, It was missing the liquidex (the most important/expensive part of my order). Also there really is no way to prove that there was no liquidex in the package before I opened it. I emailed them the second I got the package and realized it was missing the liquidex (yesterday at around 3 pm) and still no response. I know it hasn't been that long but they were very consistent with returning emails before this. Hopefully they can make this right, because this whole ordeal is turning into a nightmare.

    My not so pleasant experience with CEM

    Contact them through their site, they will go out of their way to help you. I had a pak delivered to the wrong address and they went as far as tracing it with the post office and found out where it actually went. I never got it back but they did cut me a coupon type deal to help on my reorder. They are a good company even though I didn't like the adex myself. I had some big e number come back once and they replaced my bottle free.

    I guess I could contact a rep on here, but I feel like emailing them through their site should suffice.

    tommygunz- I did email them through their site. I may try to contact a rep here since I am still yet to receive a response.

    Bro 1st post..hasnt even been 24 hrs. Christ man I thought I could be impatient!. Let us know how it works out ....

    Just wanted to update everyone on the status of this; I did receive an email and everything seems to have been figured out and taken care of on their end. They are going to send the missing order of liquidex and refund me for the duplicate order. I'm sure this doesn't ha[[en often and I'm glad that they have great customer service. Thanks CEM

    So basically this is 5-10 mins of my life wasted reading this thread?
    Although I did find out what I already knew, CEM has good customer service.

    So I thought they were sending me the missing liquidex and instead I got Vit B12 injections with an invoice from RUI and some other guys info on it. I'm beyond frustrated right now. I emailed them again. I understand that people make mistakes but this is getting to be ridiculous...

    And I'm not sure who changed the title of this thread, but this experience has been everything but pleasant... They did refund me the money though to the duplicate order.
