I don't know the answer directly to your question. I do know I have overdone letro in a gyno reversal experiment. It was brutal. More is not the answer to letro. I was literally laid up for two weeks. And it was a weird depressed ache. But the gyno did disappear...

I can't be in that situation.
I have a competition March 2nd. So I can't dry my joints out and get too messed up from anti E-s.

I would just hop on torem (60mg/day) and dose letro very low..like.5mg eod. The torem is what will really handle the gyno - the ai should just be to manage estrogen.

I had a small case of gyno and used 1.25 mg the first day then dropped to .625 mg for the next 6 days and it cleared up. All the pain and lumps were gone. I went back to adex but that doesn't seem to work for me or I have bunk adex. I've been using .25 mg EOD and that works for me.

Letro - .5 mg Monday / Wed / Friday -- Same days I pinn

I will give that a whirl, once the goodies get here.

that seems about good.

even on heaver cycles i found 1.2mg letro 2X a week enough! Letro is awesome!
Some hate it because they used too much. its almost all i use for an AI. normally 0.25mg-0.6mg eod-e3d works well for cycle use.

I am sure the torem and AI will help out.

How would this work while not on cycle?

I'd go Letro at 1 mg a day until symptoms subside then maintenance at .5 EOD just running test and cut the 19 nors....

I'd also run cabergoline next time. I don't know, prami makes me feel sick all the time, real caber is fine.

if not on cycle and estrogen levels are normal (as they should be off cycle) then i would rec a serm not an AI.
you could try tamox, ralox etc. for a run or two and see what happens, in many cases gyno will have to be cut out sadly

I got an extra vial of clomid sitting here, should i run just that? Or should I get some letro followed by a serm like torem or nova?
