I made a purchase through CEM Monday morning and selected Priority Shipping upon checkout. 5 days later no product. I thought Priority Shipping meant 2-3 business days, but that's not my main concern. I didn't get a confirmation email containing my order number or tracking number, and that worries me a bit. I checked out as a "guest" on their site, so I can't track it from there. I was charged the amount, and I have sent an email asking for the tracking number with no reply so far (only sent it 2 days ago). Has this happened to anyone? If so, what steps did you take to get the tracking number? I am in no way trying to bash CEM. I've only heard good about them. I'm just trying to clear things up. Thanks!
I ordered a few weeks ago. I paid the extra $5.99 for expedited processing and received in 3 days. The letro has been good. Took care of gyno issues right away. I don't recall getting a tracking number though. Even if I did I rarely track my orders. Maybe just a hold up with the holiday? Most people seem happy with his service and products. Hope it works out for ya.

Maybe I misread it and thought it said I'd get a tracking number. You may be right about the holiday hold up. My main concern was just that it was overlooked, but I'm probably just being paranoid! Thanks for the reply!

There is no order for you. Any pending charges are held by your bank and they will release them. I would think by now your money will be credited back.
That's odd. After reading this I checked my account and $56.34 has been taken out as of 1-02-2013 for the liquid tamoxifen I ordered. Seeing as I have been charged, should I call my bank and have them take the money back?

Contacted my bank, and the money was in fact taken out ( no pending transaction to be replaced ). The branch representative said I need to fill out a "fraud report" saying I never received the product, and that they will contact you. Thanks for looking in to this for me.
