Ordered products on 1/2 and nothing received and no shipping update

Placed an order on 1/2. The website says the status is complete, bank shows the money was sent and received, and USPS states:

Electronic Shipping Info Received

The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on January 03, 2013 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.



I sent an email through the "contact us" on the website with no response thus far. Please let me know what can be done.

USPS is experiencing major delays. I guarantee you will get your order.

USPS is a fvcking joke. Half the time the status still says "electronic ship info received" when I get the damn package.

I have had that a few times... Very frustrating. Hold tight it is on the way:thumbup:

Ok, let me see what I can do about posting more. Just last time I ordered I think it arrived in like 3 days....it was super quick.

Like I said, USPS is way behind. Packages are still sitting in the PO we ship out of.

Keep checking your track number.
